29-12-09: RIP James Owen Sullivan (a.k.a. The Rev)
By: Geert
We are shocked and saddened about hearing that Avenged Sevenfold drummer James Owen Sullivan (a.k.a. The Rev) has passed away.
We had the priviledge to play with A7X twice when they were just about to release 'City of Evil'.
I remember all the bandmembers of A7X were pretty shy at the time (as was he), and we did'nt really connect or anything.
At the end of the second night we we were coming off stage and the Rev sat in our dressing room warming up for his show. He was there to compliment us and we had a little talk about this and that. He was the kindest guy.
Our thoughts go out to his bandmembers, friends and family. RIP

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
05-06-08: Veenendaal show cancelled
We regret to say that we had to cancel our show in Veenendaal tonight. Dave has been suffering from a severe pain coming from appearently a muscle in his back. This makes it hard for him to breathe. The docter does'nt exactly know what's going on, but one thing is sure; he's unable to perform tonight.
Our apologies go out to Escape, Pound and the people that are attending the show. Our friends Murder By Millions will be filling in for us tonight, so be prepared for a kickass show anyway!

26-04-08: Venray show postponed
We're sorry to say that the organisation of Poppodium Venray has decided to postpone our show for the 21st of june. 17-03-08: Emile is back!
After an absence of three months Emile rejoined the band. He regained that old fire in his time away from BS, and asked if he could come back.
Lucky for him (but unlucky for us at the time) new drummer Ruud got a once in a lifetime chance to work in Australia for 7 months (Australia, goddamnit, stop stealing our bandmembers!). It was for all the best if Emile took his job back so we could focus on the new cd for the full 100%.
Welcome back Emile, you're a bastard but we love ya!
Big thanks to Ruud for his skills motivation and sense of humor. Come and get drunk backstage when you get back, okay?
If you are in need of a great 'Death' tribute band, check out Symbolic!

03-10-07: Writing like crazy...
The writing process for the new record is almost over, and we will be recording our new album within a few months.
It is by far the most melodic thing we've done so far. Dave nailing harmonics in the chorus lines. Tommie outdoing himself with his riffery and songwriting. And guess what, it sounds 100% like Blind Sight, only better ;0)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
